• Our cancellation policy requires that appointments be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any extra charges. However, all deposits are non-refundable but transferable.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it can be rescheduled, but a second deposit will be necessary.

  • In case of a no call/no show, you have up to 24 hours to contact us to avoid being blacklisted.

  • If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a second deposit.
